Ahmet Faruk Arslan

Ahmet Faruk Arslan is an independent filmmaker who focuses on traditional arts to establish a unique cinematic language and has received international acclaim for his "low-budget" short films. He made his first film at the age of 13, when he was still in high school. His films have been screened at international festivals and have achieved various successes. He is the youngest graduate of the 37th Fajr Film Festival Talent Campus programme and qualified for the 20th Reykjavik Film Festival Talent Lab programme. He worked in the field team of TRT Tabii platform and took part in many series projects. His first feature film, which he is currently working on, has been deemed worthy of the script and dialogue writing support by the Turkish Ministry of Culture.
